This website
slonge.games is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or social media plugins. Fonts, images and video are served from our own domain. The only third-party content is Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that loads on the beta signup form when you scroll to it.
Like any web host, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user agent. These server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period for security purposes; we do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
If you write to support@slonge.games, we use your email address and message only to answer you. Mail to our domain is forwarded to our mailbox by our email provider. We delete correspondence at the latest two years after the conversation ends, or sooner if you ask.
Beta signups
The beta signup form collects your email address, platform (iPhone or Android), optional phone model, and the page, referrer and campaign tags you came from. We use it only to send test invites and beta updates, with your consent. Cloudflare hosts the form and runs Turnstile, a bot check; Resend delivers the emails. We keep signups until the beta ends or you ask us to remove you, at most 12 months after the beta. Reply to the confirmation email or write to support@slonge.games to withdraw. Job applications
If you apply for a role at careers@slonge.games, we use your email address, your message, your portfolio link and anything you attach only to assess your application and talk to you about the role. We do not share applications with third parties. We delete applications that do not lead to work within six months of the role being filled, unless you ask us to keep you in mind for future roles, and sooner if you ask.
Who we are and your rights
The controller is Slonge Games, the games label of slonge solutions (Benjamin Tobler), Switzerland, reachable at support@slonge.games. We follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR.
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a portable copy. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority where you live in the EU.
